Authors should prepare manuscripts in accordance with the requirements for IEEE ICASSP conferences, for which a paper kit is available. Note, however, that full-length papers may be up to 6 pages long; demo papers should be 2 pages long. Papers must be in .pdf format.
Paper submission is via the EDAS submissions system using the link below. You should select an appropriate track (either full paper or demostration), fill out title, keywords, author information, abstract, and choose topics. You may then upload the .pdf file of your manuscript in your web browser or using anonymous ftp. Upon acceptance, a final draft of the paper must be submitted. At least one author of the paper must register for the Workshop.
To submit your paper, follow http://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=10297.

All manuscripts are treated as confidential information. Participation in the review process is conditional on agreement that manuscripts are provided solely for quality assessment and that sharing of the contents of a manuscript with persons not formally involved in its review is prohibited. The Workshop organizers and their employers cannot be held responsible for failure of individuals to adhere to this policy.
Authors of accepted papers will be required to complete a copyright form in due course in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
